Need some help on a business plan and a mission statement details are inside?

ok so im in charge of developing a business plan for a non profit organization that is making shirts and the long term goal of this business is to build a massive teen center like ymca but better that's the main goal and we'll be able to do that by selling shirts. The youth center will be made to give teens things to do besides being in gangs, using drugs, oand hopefully to lower teen pregnancy. the youth center will have games, activities, weights, guest speakers etc, but the main thing i need help with is the mission statement and a business plan thanks in advance

Its for a project not real

A non-profit needs a strong mission statement and an extensive business plan if you want to get any grant money. Serious thought should be given to each.

For this reason, I suggest you contact a local business group that helps new businesses for free. They are usually comprised of retired, successful businesspeople who volunteer their expertise to help others. Check around your area for such a group and use them as much as you can.
