i am in business trouble, my business is not working properly so please guide me or give me the good suggestion about my business. my business is computer traning center from 8 years but but i could not get the success and satis faction about my institution. i always do the advertisement and everything for my institute but number of addmission not come more than which i want

1. From your English writing skills, I'm guessing that English is your second language. When working in customer service, it helps to be fluent AND easily understood. You might be doing an amazing job, but your customers aren't rating you highly/recommending you to others because they cannot understand your explanations well. They may get it eventually, but that sort of difficulty is rough on a job that is service-oriented.

2. Have a professional look over your ads and help you come up with new ones. Home-made ads don't have the pizazz of profession ones. This is an investment worth making.

3. What kind of training are you offering? Computer skills become outdated very quickly. Make sure that you're regularly updating your courses so that you're offering relevant training.

4. Have you tried offering training through local colleges, universities, or businesses? This could bring a lot of new students to you. You could discuss which programs the university, college, or business needs training to exist in, and offer classes that specifically address how that college, university, or business uses the programs. By working with an institution, you can guarantee your students that you're using exactly the same software version and set-up that they'll be using at work or school.

Are you in the US? Do you have an example we can see of your ads? You probably need someone to do your marketing for you, an expert. You can't do everything.

Dear amit: Success in any enterprise depends on what it has ro offer to the public. In your business, are you just teaching them to be computer familiarity If so, you must train them to reach recognised courses of study. This will mean that you are preparing them to undergo a syllabus prscribed by a recognised institution. AND THE PEOPLE MUST KNOW ABOUT YOUR RESOURCES TO TDO THE JOB WITH THE AID OF EXPERT ADVICE FROM THOSE INSTITUTIONS>
There is no short cut for success and people expect performance when they stake their time and noney when doing studies.
If, as you say, you are doing it for 8 years you ought to look into the reasons why you are not able to attract students: the obvious answer is that YOU DO NOT PROVIDE what they need to do in order to achieve satisfactory level of performance. So my advice is this: approach a professional body like the British Computer Society or any such equivalent at your palce and seek their earnest and positive advice.
