College: University...My Major?

I want to own my own business, like maybe minor in teaching so i could own a daycare center, or be a partner with a daycare provider

and possibly partner up with a fashion designer to open up a store


SO WHAT SPECIFIC FIELD WOULD I HAVE TO GET INTO IN ORDER TO DO THIS?

For the first part, maybe majoring in early childhood education with a business minor would be appropriate. In the second, business or marketing would be the best choices.

Well, for business you would want business administration. For teaching, you'd major in early childhood education. Perhaps consider majoring in education, and then get an MBA in business administraion.
