UPS tracking information?

if a package's status in the tracking is:
SAME DAY WILL CALL / PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR WILL CALL FOR 5 BUSINESS DAYS STARTING WITH DAY AFTER SAME DAY WILL CALL REQUEST

does that mean its in a customer center?

when you go to claim it, what info do they ask for?
tracking number, address, etc

Yes. I had the same tracking info on my UPS shipment. Call first though, because I made the mistake of not doing so, got all the way there, and had them tell me it will be in tomorrow. >=*

i think it does, you should call your nearest ups office so they can give you more information. I think that means it is in their care, and they only hold it for certain amount of days before shipping it back to the recipient. They only hold it when they have tried delivering it with no success.

Did you call and ask for a same day will call? Basically what happens when we're out on road is we'll get a message saying please bring pkgs for 1234 Maple ave to clerk for same day will call. We bring it back that night when we return to our building and the clerks from the customer counter bring it to their office.

When you go to the customer counter at the UPS hub, make sure you tell them that you had a same day will call. Just like the other member said you need to have your id and your info notice that the driver left on your door(if it applies).

Also it wouldn't hurt to call before hand like he said because sometimes drivers get in late and there's not enough time for the package to be processed for same day will call and be up at the customer counter before you get there to pick it up.
