Where can I find an inexpensive location to rent for a conference or class in Chicago?

I am looking for a very inexpensive place to hold business conferences and entrepreneur classes in Chicago. I am looking to hold them on Saturdays and/or Sundays. The place does not have to be large, but it does have to be already equipped with tables & chair or desks that will accommodate around 50 participants.

I was thinking maybe a school, community center, church, etc. Do you know of any specific locations that I can pursue. I would prefer spaces close to downtown, but I am open to other locations.

Try any of the Chicago Park District facilities. Most rent out their rooms for around $75/hour (during park hours). A lot of them are really beautiful facilities with easy parking.
