Looking to live in Tampa Fl?

I have a bit of a problem and I don't know how else to go about it. My mom is very sick it doesn't look good so at the end of this month I have to move back to NC the only problem is is that I'm still responsible for rent here until November or until they find someone to rent this apartment. I can't pay I won't even have a job so I need someone that's looking for an 8 month lease to take over my lease. It's a one bedroom one bath 750 sq ft apartment. It has a large bedroom and large closet. It also has a stackable washer and dryer dishwasher garbage disposal and balcony with extra storage. There is a gym 2 pools and a jacuzzi. It is very pet friendly and has a outside fenced in pet park where dogs can run leash free and a play ground for kids as well as 24hr security a tennis court and a business center. You may want to post your apt on Craig's list under apartment rentals.

I would take off any phone numbers, address, or any personally identifiable information that can give clue to your location for your own security.

In the mean time, go to your landlord and enplane the situation. They may allow you to break your lease.

Babygirl, I wouldn't worry about your place. Give notice, tell them your mother is ill and you have to leave. If possible get a letter from her doctor. You obviously won't get your deposit back, but the can't say you just broke your lease and left. Document what you give them, send it certified mail with signature required and leave as you need to.
I have no doubt they will have a new tenant in there before the end of the month you leave. Good Luck and give your mom a hug and best wishes from Minnesota.
