obviously to prevent media from showing the full size of the crowd and to prevent any rebel airforce pilot from flying over and stirring up the crowd even more. also to prevent interference with flying aswangs and other winged kampons of the evil one. interestingly, yesterday and even this morning a huey was flying low over qc area near the camps.

If we look at it from a different perspective, i don't think this should be an issue at all. Besides, if helicopters were allowed to fly around that area and happened to crash or meet engine trouble (you'll never know what could happen), you think people's lives would not be in danger? There are many ways to interpret things and I choose to be more pragmatic and less distrusting.
