Do the small business card size CDs work with all CD players in a PC?

I am wondering if they would work if the PC has a large open CD tray instead of one that has the center that you have to "snap" the CD into.

Yes it should have an indentation for mini disks.

Yes, most CD and DVD rom drive trays have a smaller inner circle that will hold mini disks.

I'm not sure if they would work in the slot-load style drives though.
