By reading this from right after 911 by ron paul, do you think he's not our best patriot?

the above link is from 2002. ron paul wrote it. read it carefully and think, why are we trying to build empires like england did? do we need that? big business needs it, but big business does not give a damn about YOU. what is going to happen to YOU?

it's my opinion that we need to center our attention on everything that has anything to do with AMERICANS.

the only candidate that makes any sense and is the most genuine (just open up one of his clips, you will see it so clearly) candidate i have seen since before JFK is ron paul. at this site, you can delve further into what he stands for, as this is an old article.

do you think you can send $5 to ron paul so he can get out there to become the next president so that our dear, wonderful country of freedom and liberty does not rot? there is so little time!

Ron Paul's cool, but he's not gonna win. There's no denying it.

Ron Paul makes some awesome points but he's just not relevant anymore in this election season. I'm sorry.

He is the right man for the job, but the same men who declare undeclared wars are the ones who don't want him near the Oval Office. Ron voted against the war since the beginning, and still opposes it. Yet, we manage to borrow our money from China to finance our permanent bases we are building in Iraq and Afghanistan. If elected, he will withdraw our forces, and protect our borders instead. And yes, we have a very weak national defense, we just sent our border guards to Iraq. This war is getting us bankrupt, while the oil companies just keep making their big bucks. People really need to wake up.

Ron Paul has some very good idea's and an interesting twist to his philosophy. He is very sharp on the economy and brings up some very good quesitons. However, he also is off base on many other area's such as Health Care. Although he is gathering momentum I don't believe he can do anything more than raise these issues, not become the Republican Candidate. He might spin off as an independent and with his strenght of idea's pull a good percentage from both parties.

I agree. I maxed out and sent money to his Congressional campaign so he can continue that without pressure to drop his Presidential campaign. He can't use the Presidential campaign funds for the Congressional run unless he quits the Presidential campaign, and I certainly don't want him to.

I love Ron Paul, but even if we gave him all of our money, it is not feasible for him to get the delegates needed for the nomination at this late stage.

I am starting to think Ron Paul supporters can't count, or do not understand the delegate process.

THis country is too good for a man that blames us for everything. we are not building empires we did not attack ourselves on 9/11 Ron Paul should go chase illegals out of Texas for a few years and try again when we not at war.

no maam, How can you say that America isnot building an empire? How long have our soldiers been in Korea, Germany, Japan? Not to mention all the other bases located around the world? These cost tax payers 1 trillion dollars a year to run. Do we keep troops in these locations out of the goodness of our hearts?
Think about this. When did this country start having serious problems with the likes of Al Qaeda? I would have to say approximately 1993 with the first attempted bombing of the World Trade Center. Maybe it's just coincidence but when did we start occupying the mid east region? I believe after the first Iraq war.
