Always seem to date strippers?

I work in the bar business, actually own one for 3 years now. So I work in a very social atmosphere and talk to and hang out with many people in the industry. Lots of people I interact with work at a topless bar. Which I tend to hang out at since many of them go to my bar.

I don't go to these places with lots of money and showing off buy champagne and throwing money at the girls. I always sit at the bar watching ESPN Sports Center and enjoy my drink while I occasionally say hello to people I know who work at these places, whether be the owners, managers, bartenders, waitresses or dancers.

I'm a young single guy who doesn't have any kids and not looking to meet a girl at these places, yet many of them come up to me and are quite friendly. I'm polite to them and never try to hit on them or ask the girls out.

I gave in and decided to date one of the dancers. All was well for awhile and things got sour and broke up. Why do I attract these type of women and not 'regular' women?

I see lots of answers say 'hang somewhere else to meet women'. Thats dandy and all, but I spend almost ALL my work and free time in a bar or club. Not to mention my friends are drinkers too and spend there time in a bar.

Another thing is that I have dated 'regular' women outside of the industry, but totally freak out and can't handle the amount of attention I get from other women and the fact I flirt with other girls for work to keep them coming back and spend money at my bar.

Its a catch-22, most 'regular' women are too insecure to handle my lifestyle and usually break up with me pretty early on. While only the women in the undustry itself understand what I have to do, but at the same time those women are unstable and not what I want to date.

Because of all this, I have developed a false notorious reputation of being a big time 'player' and attract even more crazy girls!!

It's rather obvious to me why you would: you're in the bar scene and you hang around strippers. Why else would you attract them?? Makes sense to me.

If you want a "regular" girl, you're going to have to be a "regular" guy. Not a guy that flirts with all these women EVEN if it's to maintain your business. You have to be what you want. I don't know many girls that would want to stay with you knowing what you do for a living, and you've already figured that one out. The only people that can understand your lifestyle are those that live it, and well you don't want to date them. See why celebrities usually date celebrities? They're the only ones that can understand what they have to go through for being famous. So, you either change up your lifestyle and become this person you wish you could find in a woman, or keep doing what you're doing and continue to attract the same women.

maybe because you are hanging out att the bar try hanging out somewhere else

if you want a smart girl go to the library or a nice girl go to the resturant and the waitresses

Because you work there.....and if truly the owner, you are there most of the time

Try hangin out at regular dance club instead of strip club, We can meet lots of 'regular' chicks there. Or maybe try hangin out at a gym, there are also lots of nice bodied chicks there.

If you go to a steak house, what do you get? Steak, right!

If you go to a seafood restaurant, what do you get? Seafood, correct?

So if you go to a neighbourhood where there are bar girls, dancers, and prost... what do you expect to get acquainted with?

Try and change your place of scenery. Maybe you find someone decent. But then again, it also depends on your mannerism and your attitude.

What's more important, your business or your relationships? Unless you want a fickle woman, you should find a more honest way to make a living.
