PARENTS and BUSINESS OWNERS I need Day care tips and ideas?

I am opening a day care center in the near future and I wanted to know from parents what they want or expect out of day care centers? anything that could help improve day care centers? from business owners I would appreciate any tips or any helpful informationyou can provide.

offer more activities for the kids, field trips, good healthy menu.[give parents copy each month] learning games for each level of kid's age, indoor play and outdoor play
[ weather permitting] ................extended hours...[some times parents rush to pick up kids right after work] for a extra fee, you could provide dinner and a couple extra after hours by appointment only...........sat and sun services available by appointment..... when the kids do drawings, crafts, coloring in a coloring book [ put in a folder and give to the parents at the end of each week. ] have a display of the kids artwork near the front door so it can be seen and be admired by all.... create a newsletter and give to parents every month or soo.... have a suggestion box for parents to make suggestions or comments....when you are hiring new employees, invite the parents to a group interview of the people you are thinking of hiring, and get feedback from the parents......create a list of things the kids will be doing, like listening to music and dancing to the music, put in newsletter, and encourage parents to comment on things they want kids to do. this will make the parents know that you are trying to be creative and they will like that
