Why dosn't Walmart hire more people to work in their Tire & Lube Center? |
I have been going there for years but usually have to wait 2 to 3 hours for a tire repair, oil change or new tires. If they would just hire more people they could double or triple their business. They want you to wait so you will shop and spend more money. Because they are on a budget like every other business. They are losing money back there now, why spend more. besides they have help thar's no good why you waited 2 hours they must have plenty of business Do you want to work for less money than everywhere else? See, you go to a place that charges more for the work, they can pay their help mo' money..... they wont hire cause it will cost them to much I have to agree on them wanting you to wait and shop. I don't believe wal mart got into the oil change business for the amazing profits, they just wanted a convenience at the store that would draw you in to shop. |
