What business can i do with a vacant land without constructing any building? The property is very big?

Iam having a property and want to business in it? but i dont want to construct any buildingin it, its a big property about 4 grounds and located very close to college and business centers...

You didn't say where the land is, and since English is obviously not your 1st language you could be almost anywhere on the planet. Because a local (municipal or county in the USA)government agency usually sets and restricts land use, no definitive answer can be given until you answer the following questions:

What country?

What state/province?

What county or province subdivision?

What municipality?

How (if at all) is it zoned by the local property appraiser/tax accessor? Residential? Commercial? Agricultural? If it is close to a college and business centers it almost definitely IS zoned, which means that the local government will only permit certain uses. For example, if it is zoned Residential you are forbidden to run any business on it at all. Getting the zoning changed is usually difficult, expensive, and time-consuming.

What does "4 grounds mean? I can not find "grounds" as a unit of measure of area in any conversion factors websites. If it is a slang term I have never heard of it used to measure land - at least not in English.

Depends on its zoning and where you live. Off hand, I know that in the south they have U-Picks in lots like that, where they just grow strawberries and various vegetables and people come by and pick them from the ground themselves and pay per pound. Kids like it and it has a great "fresh" appeal.
