Automotive Business Dealer Center Manager Pay Plan?

I am creating an internet department for our dealership. My duties including handling internet leads in bdc environment where the salespeople demo and close leads that enter. I also act as a backup F&I when the F&I manager is off. Too top it off, I am also being put in charge of marketing in a business outreach capacity and sold follow up program.. I am currently under a salary for three months while I get everything set up, but I have no idea what I should be getting paid for this.

For the most part, I am a BDC. Would anyone like to share how their pay plans are structured? It is hard to find info and I really don't feel comfortable talking to people in this position at other dealerships.

Hope you have an employee / employer agreement, what happens after you get everything set up?? Are you guaranteed any longevity at this dealership or are they telling you this is a right to work state? Better to cover your backside now before you put your heart and soul into this and get no reward.
