If I needed a lawyer to look over documents for a small business what would they charge?

I am working on a business plan for a small fitness center. I will need a lawyer to call on from time to time to look over paperwork, help draw up documents for me etc. What might I be charged for this type service. Thank you in advance for your help. TJK
