Anyone work at a business rep for cingular?

im curious, i just was hired as a part time business rep for cingular and was hoping for any feedback on the type of job it really is. like what goes on behind the scenes, is it really worth working there? do they demand a lot? how are the working conditions.

i was hired as a part time business rep at the paramus, nj call center.

Call center = high tech sweat shop.
If they are like other call centers, you will be timed and watched, and timed some more. If you're one minute late from break, you'll hear about it if you do that too many times. 30 seconds late from lunch? That's logged somewhere and used against you later. You might be required to take calls back to back to back for a long duration, and since you're part time, your breaks will be few, if any. Good luck. I wouldn't work in a call center for anything. I was in inside sales for Verizon Wireless, and it was sh*t. Excuse the expression.
