Information about Conventions, Seminars, Business Meetings, etc. in Israel?

My boss wants me to go to Israel to make business connections. I am looking for an event that can be the right venue for making good connections, and that fits our company.

We are a a steel forging company that offers products for the automotive, agricultural, military, railroad and valve industries.

Do you know of any lists of trade shows and other events or lists of convention centers, etc.? Any info would be great!

While Israel does assemble many weapons, it buys some of the components for those weapons from abroad. Those components are what we can supply.

your best shot will be to look at individual companies thorugh a net search, most will have webpages.

and contact the companies directly, offering your products to their acquisitions directors.

well the military wont need it because it produces its own weapons. we import cars so automotive not as well and there arent many railroads in need. your best chance is agricultural but thats a slim chance, whats valve industries?

I would suggest you contact the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce. You can check out their website at http://www.chamber.org.il/english/ Although their website doesn't list any trade shows or convetions (I believe) they will certainly be able to get you connected to people that would have such information.

don't give them more weapons

They already make their own weapons, I beleive. But I also think they buy them from the U.S. Sorry, I'm not exactly good in this type of field.
