Open for business sold lots?

hi umm what happens when a business lot is already sold but i want that same lot cuz i want the electronic super center but its sold and i also want a bakery but thats sld also pease dont tell me just make one myself i dont have the time i just want to buy one

please answer i really gatta no

You should be able to save a copy of the lots to files on your computer
When you click on the lot in the neighbor hood, click the little windmill looking symbol on the left to begin the save process.
when the save window pops up check the "save to a file on your computer" box.( make a note where they are saved so you can find them)
Then exit Sims and go find your file, click on it and install it into your Sims game.(you must shut down the Sims game to do this step)
You can install multiple copies of a single lot by repeating the click and install steps.
Restart your sims game and there should now be an exact copy of the lots in your propertys bin. Click on it and install it into the neighborhood.
This works fine for houses and such, haven't tried it with a business( but it should work fine), if the owner comes along with the copied lot , you may have to play the owner and make them sell the business.
If you get the business removed from the Sim, save it again (without the owner) then delete the previous version you saved.

I usually save copies of lots that I may want to reuse before I move people into them or make any modifications to them so I can just install another copy of the empty house whenever I want to.
