How would I go about starting my own business? Where could I get the money to help me?

I am a 24 year old single parent of two children and currently expecting. I have always dreamed of running my own business. I am currently an Medical Assistant, Home Health Aide, and a State Tested Nurses Aide. I would like to start an adult daycare center, school for the mentally challenged or a home health care agency. Please help...............
