I have a job orientation that is hawaiin theme with business casual dress code. What do I wear?!?!? |
We have our first day today at a community center as a "Welcome to Best Buy" type of thing. It is a hawaiin theme and the dress code is business casual, but they said that if I have a hawaiin shirt, to go ahead and wear that. i would wear the hawaiian shirt (show them you have spirit) and the dress pants and shoes too sounds (show 'em your professional too). it sounds like a silly outfit but it also sounds like what they're looking for Ya wearing a themed shirt for a themed place is a good idea. hope it works out. Report It Slacks and Tommy Bahama shirt!! you should do khaki pants wth any shirt that has a spring color to it, like light blue, pink, yellow, tuck in your shirt, brown shoes and belt. Business casual can be interpreted more than one way. If they told you about the hawaiian shirt go ahead and wear one. It's probably best that you do, it shows your willingness to participate and that you want to fit in. With it I would suggest a pair of nice shoes and khaki pants. Some businesses consider nice jeans business casual as well but most do not. If you go with a hawaiian shirt and the khakis you'll be set. ok dont worry if they have told you to wear hawaiin than wear hawaiin shirt, cacky slacks, and dress shoes blue shirt ,open shirt, no tie, shoes and socks, no jeans, but jockers pants |
