I would like to start a software training center. Where can I get information for use in a business plan?

My goal is to start out with two training rooms where I would offer Microsoft, HTML classes, etc. I need help on how to start this endeavor. How do I get certified trainers, advertise for students, pricing, etc. Any information you have will be greatly appreciated.

Have a Look at the competition, There is one training company I have done work for called Pitman training and its very easy to become Certified, in the case of MCSA and such you can pay and become a member very easily
