I have a great business opportunity but i need atleast 1.75 million dollars?

For many years i have been looking into Extended Care Centers, where patients go to after they have been operated or treated at a hospital. But now i have everything planned out and the perfect building found, but in order to begin this project i need the money....

I need help on how to find these investors or financing, the project.

The budget i have developed proves that this project will bring in over 350k in profits a year.

The building i am looking at and have made my projections around its capabilities, costs 1.75 million. It needs some repairs and of course remodeling to specs as i have planned, as well as one elevator as it only has stairs, the building is 3 stories tall.

i could be here all day writing the plan out but right now i need people who are interested in investing.

The building is located in Miami Florida fairly close to my house.

some banks will finace what you need at a discounted rate if you promise to hire a set number of local people within 3 years of the startup. but loans like that are hard to find. so you can try a jumbo loan but that'll cost a lot. you should look up capital venture companies and see if they'll talk to you about your plan. if you're clearly organized and have everything planned out you may be able to get one of those rich guys to help you get it started. look them up in the yellow pages.
