Small business loan start-up?

i am interested in opening a comic book store but have very little money to start. i am looking at leasing space in a local retail shopping center and have projected i need at least $100,000 to cover cost of inventory, rent, and other personal expenses that will need to be covered for atleas 1 year if i quick my current job. any advice? can this be done?

It can be done...I owned and operated a go-kart facility for quite a while. It isn't easy though. If you are open to suggestions I found a part time business idea that has been working great.
