Direction with money to start business?

Need direction with a youth center idea?
Myself and a group of friends would like to create a youth center in cleveland ohio its purpose and mission to help youth of all races discover gifts and talents and help them make their dreams reachable. We would really like to cater to young people across northeast ohio and help urban and suburban youth build relationships with each other.

I suggest you look at the boy/girs club model, as the ymca.
Also look at mentoring program model.
