If you are a business does the landlord have the right to close down until he is good and ready to? |
recently we had a flood in our daycare and we are triing to re-open as fast as possible ,I have given the Landlord 2 weeks (church)to clean-up but they refuse to allow us to re-open our center we have 39 students and parents are outraged about the lack of concern the church has for working parents.We have to open soon or we will have to send our children away and close down. http://www.judiciary.state.nj.us/civil/c... the question dont make a lot of sense to me ..your renting a building? the church owns a building?the church is your landlord? im sorry i dont understand! |
