I'm trying to buy a business, but...? |
It's a child care center. I went to school for this that is why it appeals to me. The problem is I went to visit it and there were only 10 kids there. She is licensed for 45. I'm not sure if I should take a chance. I did child care in my home for 25 years and was very successful at it. The difference is this is a bigger building. How can I figure out if I'll make it? ps I sold my home and now live in a one bedroom apt. pay what the building is worth, but not a lot more for her 'business'. then just build it up by advertising. Big thing to take on.. I would go to an independant financial adviser... get professional advice! I agree. Get a financial advisor. Especially, if you think there is risk involved. |
