How can i resell an insisting business?

my family owned a tire recapping center and we want to sell it for the reason that no one can handle it managely. we are coping lots of loses cause by mismanagement.

There are people called business brokers, which help you find a buyer. Place an ad in local paper, talk to your attorney and CPA to let them know that you want to sell, and ask them to refer potential buyers.

Ask any real estate agent whose been in the business for a couple years and they'll set you up with someone. Eagerly. Mainly because they will get a cut of the commission you pay to sell it.
