What are my chances in landing a good Job in other countries and what line of business?

I currently work in a call center located in the philippines and i have good technical and functional skills. I like designing, graphics, and other line of art. Good managerial and communicational(english) skills.

Start your own business, preferably part-time, learn from it if it fails.
Then repeat the cycle until your part-time business is generating more income than your current job. Use your extra income to invest in your business to boost it's expansion.
