Gaming Center?

If anyone owns there own business/ or gaming center. I would like to know what are some important things that prospective owners should do. Like financing (rent, computers, games, t.v.s, etc.), how did you raise all the money for opening the business, did you read any books, take any classes, are investors really nessecary. I'm trying to open my own gaming center and could use some advice.

It's a Hardware game, yes, you rent and lease as much as you can to minimize upfront cash but BEWARE:
It's all about constantly upgrading your machines with the latest specs, ie processors and Graphics cards.

So this is the cash intensive part of your biz. Unlike internet cafes, it is a growing biz, as gamers like the social aspect, I learned meeting the fomrer Quake 3 World Champ who started two in England after we started our site, www.sharkwaters.com
