Why do illegal aliens have rights that USA citizens dont have?

Illegals loiter at malls, shopping centers and businesses.
If I as a USA citizen loiter , I can be picked
up by the police. What gives these Illegals rights that
I dont have as a USA citizen?

Illegals can be arrested for trespassing just like you.

Yes, indeed, if we can't export the jobs to low-wage countries, then just import the workers (George W. Bush's "guest worker" program). Either way, U.S. workers lose.

Of course, industries such as restaurants and agriculture interests, which can't move their jobs overseas, love the idea: a pool of workers willing to work for starvation wages and endure a miserable and many times unsafe working environment, conditions to which U.S. workers are not willing to subject themselves and their families.

There are probably plenty of U.S. workers for these jobs if they offered decent wages and working conditions, but that won't happen so long as the Bush administration permits and encourages the influx of noncitizens who will work for less.

Loitering and trespassing are two different things, sounds like illegal and immigrant issue.
I'm from Montana and the wages suck, poor guy is going to have to pay a decent wage, waaaa! When I worked in Washington state I made 19.00$ an hour plus real good benefits, same job in Montana payed 7.00$ an hr. no benefits.
The illegals loiter at known spots so people will drive by and offer work. Police don't stop them because they can't or wont spite the donut out of there mouths,(no excuse)

Police only arrest people for loitering if they suspect them of a more serious crime they can't prove (like drug dealing or prostitution). If you're aware of places where huge numbers of US citizens have been rounded up for loitering, I'd love to hear about it.
