The Diamond Center - Paul?

Does anyone know if the diamond center is still in business. You know that commercial that had Paul from the diamond center. He was the guy that would give ANYONE credit!!

If not does anyone know of a jewlery store that offers credit to people with bad credit in the San Francisco area. My cousin wants to propose to his girlfriend but his credit SUCKS!!! and no I will not co-sign for him.

He has already tried the Shane Company and they denied him.

I don't think they are in business anymore. I haven't heard the commercial in a long time.
