What was the world like before the call center? |
Here's a question for the older yahoo answerers! But, how was business conducted before the call center? It seems that everything nowadays gets routed to someone on the end of a telephone! locally, either in person or by phone. but call centers have been around for decades, so this isn't really anything new. |
