Can anyone help me make a script for a call center?

hi!!! Can anyone help me make a script for a tele marketer? I will be having my first exam in a call center and we are asked to make an on call exercise with a client.
The product you are selling must be realistic and your call must be only good for 5 minutes.You can use these words to for the script like: Interested, centers, provide, degree ,smoothly ,inside ,speaks, discuss, built, in need, see ,downtime, worked ,considered, baby, sick, headaches ,charge, assigned ,company ,managing ,dedicated, business ,eliminate, insurance, great ,on site, equipment ,sales, employee, feel free , representative, further, verify, houston ,industry, visit.
