Call Center jobs in philippines?

Guys, I'm interested in applying a job in call centers. I'm high school undergraduate. Do you have any recommendations in your mind that you can share to me. Please help me guys, I desperately need a job so I can save money for my business.

First, make sure that your english communication skills are excellent. This is the number one quality that call centers are looking for. This means that you can express yourself very well even during high stress situations.

Computer literacy is a far second qualification. You need to be able to do basic navigation in a computer.

Online job postings are only good to tell you who's hiring and for what position. I do not recommend that you apply online. Most call centers will process walk-in applicants. It only takes a few hours to find out if you are hired or not.

I'd recommend that you stick with the top ten call centers only. If your english communication skills are excellent, you are going to get job offers from the first three that you apply with. Do not commit to any call center unless the offer is above 14k, if you are a newbie agent, or no less than 16k if you are a seasoned rep. Get as many job offers as you can before you decide on one.
