I want to build gigantic buildings?

That are half commercial half residential then I want to build shopping centers around them and other businesses. what do I need to have and know in order to do this. BTW money is not an issue

All you need is money. If you have money, buy the land, hire the architechs, and hire people to sell the space in the buildings.

If money isnt an issue then you can do this. You will need to find a good area to build in, buy some land, plan how it will look, hire people to do architecture, build, and to sell the spaces, then decorate and start selling/renting homes/ space for businesses.

Best wishes... You might want to consider offering your unlimited funds to someone that actually knows something about real estate developments of this nature - perhaps some sort of Joint Venture...
