and as far as buying vehicles, homes, and office buildings where does that money come from.
and do you have to pay your employees out of your own pocket

Unless you are a non profit, you your self are responsible for all. You may get a bank loan to start up, or borrow it from a friend or family member, but yes of course it is all up to you get your financing before beginning.
