How do i use microsoft outlook 2003 really neld help?

i have microsoft office small business edition 2003 on windows xp media center edition 2005 ..........i dont no how to set up an account that works i tried but it said it could not connect to the server i tried using http and other ones but it didnt work please help and give detailed instructions thanks ...if u give me a good answer i will give u 10 points
