Why are some ppl obsessed with talking about their sexuality?

i don't understand how they think their private matters is the public's business. nobody cares! they are way too centered on it as a basis for acceptance. sex this, sex that -- Enough!

sorry msmonroe2003, you're wrong. I'm not prude. Sex is a private matter! I was raised with solid family values and good morals. I have no desire to tell the world my private affairs. No interest whatsoever. And why would I need to? Why? Because it's nobody else's business - that why!!! Just because I'm a private person, that doesn't make me prude.

Ppl who blog about it are lame, like they think everyone cares about their sexcapades -- how many times they were 'at it' in one day.. Just dumb what can I say.

From my research, all these sexuality-centered (or maybe starved) ppl talk, even write about is sex. Nobody wants to hear it! I don't understand why they think it's the world's business.

Insecurity is the driving force behind all the talk and blogging. TOTALLY.

They're all a bunch of hedonists with no self-respect or self-control.

Some people wanna prove they aren鈥檛 prudish and are modern. Some people base themselves entirely on one facet of themselves eg sexuality and need everyone to validate them based on that.
Some people just wanna get a rise out of you like when a person drops into a conversation unrelated that they are gay, swingers, bi or my personal fave a pansexual just to see your reaction.

I think mostly they do it because they need to get a life.

A M E N !

your just prude

ew im not thats gross

Some people just really live for sex. People love to talk about what they love best or do best. I know some people that never seem to shut up about their kids. Some people find talking about kids and spouses nauseating because it doesn't relate to them it just seems so banal.
I can understand that though. Listening to someone speak about something that you don't care to listen to is like nails on chalkboard.
