i want to start a calling center in the philippines.i need to know all the information on how to start this business , how much capital needed and what gadgets needed and where to find . Yikes.. I think the LAST thing this world needs is another Eastern call center...
With that being said you will need to figure out what sort of call center... are you being outsourced by an American company?
You will need a building in which this call center is located as well as cubicles for the employees. Each cubicle will need it's own computer with it's own software to deal with whatever the accounts need. You will need a phone system with various lines to handle the calls. Most call centers have technology where they pretty much record every call, and can be listened in on for quality controll.
Sounds like a lot of work and A LOT of money to start something up like that. You will need to get accounts to have a reason for the business to exist. Good luck, although I hope I never have to hear from you again :). No offense, but cold calls are annoying. And getting an out-sourced person from India with the name of Jim or Susan (they give them American names so that it makes the caller feel more comfortable. Yay for psychology!) is even MORE annoying. |
