Divest Iran: Have the Neocons finally got one right?

The center for security policy is calling for US pension funds to divest of companies that do business in Iran. US companies are already barred from doing business in Iran but foreign corporations, primarily from Chinese, French, Russian, Italian and Korean corporations do business with Iran. Shouldn't we all support this divestment effort? Where possible, shouldn't we also boycott those companies and countries that do business with Iran?

In case you have not noticed, the proposals from the Center for Security Policy, PNAC, The American Enterprise Institute and other neocon think tanks have all pushed for war without resort to other methods of dealing with terrorist sponsoring countries. I consider divestiture to be a conservative, not a neocon approach to the problem.

I support this yes. It needs to include Syria, Pakistan, Lebanon and any other country harboring terrorists.

Chad - Although I am a conservative, I know that Ken uses the word neo-con in the truest sense of the word just as I view him as a true liberal. He may not agree with everything I say but, he would fight right along beside me to defend my right to say it. Many of the RINO's in office right now are not conservative.
