Where to find the people to pay them comission for each sale they make?

I am in real estate business in cyprus and at the moment we are already start to built up cyprus biggest shopping center. with it's 2000 shops it is going to be the complete complex having every thing in it. Who ever sells shop for me I am going to pay good comission for each sale.

Obviously, contact a hiring firm or put out ads for sales persons. Usually a shopping center with that many shops won't need a salesperson to attract businesses. They'll come find you.
