What should I wear to an interview for a Supervisor position on an 88 degree day?

I have an interview tomorrow for call center supervisor. I would like to wear nice black pants, however an stumped on style/color for a top... I don't plan on a business suit. Any suggestions? Btw, I'm female :)

For any job interview not matter how hot it is you should still wear a suit.

For men, it should be a dress shirt, tie and jacket and dress shoes.

For women it should also be a suit, first a skirt suit and if you do not have a skirt suit, then a pants suit. Stockings and shoes for both suits.

The colors of the suits should be subdued nothing bright.

If you have a dress then see if one of your suit jackets will complement your dress.

i would wear black capri pants, a sophisticated black heal, a white collared button up shirt. A black bead or silver necklace and small stud earings. Wear your hair up if long or styled nicely if short. Not to much make up. Good luck and knock um dead.

What ever is comfortable, yet professional looking. NO shorts or tank tops.

For a supervisor interview, you really need to make that first impression.If you will be driving definitely go for the suit, don't wear the jacket while you are on your way, I would go for a light colored shirt, white background with stripes probably, then wear heels, but while driving to the interview bring flip flops, leave them in the car when you go in for the interview. This will ensure you are comfortable to and from the interview.I am also job searching this summer, it is really hard to find what to wear when it is really hot, I have found myself carrying flip flops in my big purse and changing in the cab for heels when I am not driving.Good luck!!!
