How to obtain copy right license?

I'm about to open a store with my creative works. But I'm afraid other shops that is doing the same business as I am will use my idea. How can I obtain/apply a copy right license for my work. Also does anyone know where to go to apply for it. is it in center city? thanx so much

You don't need to do anything to get a copyright. Anything you make, you have the copyright to. What you need is a patent on your business model. And that's going to cost you at least 10Gs on the patent search.
