Clinton affectionatoes: Help me understand, please.?

How could the Clinton administration conduct the business of the USA, when the presidency's first charge and solemn oath is to: 'protect and defend, , the constitution of the United States'? And then obviously spend more time with personal affairs and popularity polls than to 'do his charged'?

I understand the popularity he had as a president. He is charismatic. But, can you not accept the foreign policy deficiencies incurred during his eight years in office which led up to the attacks of 911?

It's obvious he won two elections. But do you realize (or care to admit to) the fact(s) that during his tenure, he was in direct dereliction in his duties?

To decimate the military and CIA the way he did was a causal (if not direct) lead up to the extremist Islamic attacks upon the World Trade Center.

To not think it through rationally commits you to the same blind and myopic view as 'Bill' had during his presidency. And, renders you naive, and our country at great risk.

Neddie, You are so close to the point. The intern is not as big as an issue as the country!

He screwed the country! I could give a crap less about an overweight intern. My concerns are with what he did to the country!

He decimated this country and yet, still travels about spouting his words of wisdom that so many of his (and probably you) buy into without any serious thought!

Babba Clinton or (The Teflon President) was disingenuous to every citizen of the United States not only as president but throughout his entire political career. He has always received way too much credit for the boom in the American economy during his time in office. You might say that Babba just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Hell, during the '90's bull market, I could have been president and come out smelling like a rose. The point is that in all other areas he failed miserably.

I always loved the left wing spin on the Oval Office Incident. It seemed okay with the liberals that Babba not only cheated on his wife but now it was Ken Starrs fault for investigating presidential misconduct! What were we cons missing here??? I'd still like to know. At any rate. The investigation cost the American tax payer 68 million dollars which I, as a tax payer, hold Babba responsible.

Clinton was a clear example of what can happen when uneducated voters by into the "Slick Car Salesman" syndrome. They didn't check the tires before driving it off the lot. In other words no one did their research first before voting for this con artist.

The Clinton's have left a trail of destruction and dispare in every corner of the endeavor. Babba had several opportunities to capture OBL but was distracted with "internal affairs". While Islamic terrorists were bidding their time Clinton went to bed with the Chinese and the Russian. One other point, the Russians are still the enemy of the free world.

Now Bush takes the blame for all of Clintons short comings. When will the liberals ever learn????????
