Soft money serves a number of valuable purposes in the political system.

It seems like a rather biased and racist article. So what if Clinton has been able to raise money from the Chinese community? The largest single contribution the article cites is for $2000. This is by no means evidence, as the article seems to imply, that the Chinese government is financing Clinton through Chinese Americans living in "gritty urban poverty".

Is it so hard to contemplate the Chinese community supporting the Democrats, whats the problem? It seems only logical that they would do so, considering the foreign policy of the current administration. Admittedly the democrats aren't much better, but you don;t get much of a choice in America.

This is just another example of the disgraceful state of journalism.

It is amazing how the Clinton's and Chinese donors go hand-in-hand. Nobody has the guts to admit that the Chinese government is funneling money into the campaign using these guys as a front, which is the reality of this situation.
