How do i print double sided cards so that the rear lines up perfectly with the front?

im trying to print my own business cards, i am using 4/6inch (a6) photo paper, i have my front design and my rear design which are exactly the same size as each other,
when i open the front with Paint then go to page setup i slect 4/6 as the paper size and landscape as the orientation, i leave it centered, when i print them out the front never lines up properly with the back, i have printed them in the past and they lined up so i dont know how its gone wrong but im wasting 1 hell of a lot of paper trying to get it right,

STRANGE I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE BACK SIDE . BUT I NEVER USE LANDSCAPE , OR PAINT . I USE ACROBAT READER TO DO MINE , MAYBE THAT WOULD WORK FOR YOU .
