Has anyone tried e-bookers.com? |
we booked a flight to the us e-bookers accepted our payment, wanted confermation, as we used our business credit card, then cancelled our booking, havent returned our payment, again tried to take the same amount of cash out of our account 2 days later, Used them loads of times. No probs. yes thanks for the websit anyways how did you found out about it? I used Ebookers for three holidays - no problems at all with them - have you tried the email link on the website which is probably the best form of communication with them! We are owners of hotel properties. Due to a number of problems with this company, not paying us for the guests they made reservations for, we will not accept reservations from this source in the future. They seem to be very enthusiastic when it comes to making a reservations but considerably less so when it comes to paying for them. I don't believe we are the only hotel property with this problem dont say you haven't been warned i would be very careful to avoid these folk Thank you |
