What is the average cost per call of inbound and outbound call center usage?

We are contemplating using a vendor to support an 800 number for our business. If the volume of calls is 30K/month average inbound call length is 2 minutes and outbound call is 4 minutes how much can we expect to pay per call?

My 1-800 number costs $4.95 per month for the line, 6-cents per minute for incoming, and 2-cents per minute for outgoing calls. This is a business plan with AT&T.
