Gynecologists In general referal service?

I've been wondering. Women come here, with some simple questions and a few very serious ones. I seen a few lately to do with how rude or rough their gyno was.
Our community only had a GP with some surgery skills(?) that did the exams and deliveries. I don't know about NPs or PAs.
But Dr pan--r was taking photos of our women in the exam room. He is gone.
QUESTION : your gyno exam is special. your clinic, med center, hospital even free clinics should (should) provide you girls with some detail information of the staff your working with.
Isn't there a Yahoo LOCAL ? that we rate the local businesses.
Doctors may not be able to advertise but they sholud.
Girls can you form a union or association thing for you to evaluate and read recommendations or complaints?

a GP is NEVER going to do a delivery, the insurance is to high. Many GP's don't want to take the liability on of a pelvic exam, if they miss something, it's law suite time. Often GP's don't do enough exam's to stay current with the skill. NPs learn to do pelvics but if they don't do them frequently they loose the skill. There are all different kinds of NPs and one specialty is women's health and they do plenty of exams. An NP that does deliveries are called midwives, many people want an MD to delivery their child, not a nurse
