What is the best hour of a day to reach a potential customer when calling from an outbound call center?

I'm in the Banking business. I am trying to maximize my chances of reaching a customer and am looking for percentages of hits by hour of day.

if you want to maximize your chances of making a sell. DO NOT CALL ME ! I make a point of hanging up on all telemarketing companies :D

In the morning at around 8:00 a.m (getting ready for work), or at 7:30 in the afternoon (after dinner & winding down). Good luck!!
